About me...

I’m a passionate pastry chef from Argentina, with a lifelong love for baking that started in my childhood. At just nine years old, I made the conscious decision to stop eating meat, a choice rooted in my commitment to living compassionately. This decision not only shaped my values but also influenced the way I approach my craft today.

As the founder of Ninna Homemade Bakery & Café, I’m proud to be the first to bring authentic Argentine pastries to Dubai—blending traditional flavors with vegan and gluten-free options. My goal is to introduce you to the sweet side of Argentina in a way that’s ethical, delicious, and accessible to everyone.

Mission

My mission is to elevate Argentine pastry culture here in Dubai. I’m excited to share not only the classic Argentine flavors but also plant-based and gluten-free alternatives for those who may struggle to find such options. At Ninna, we are creating a community of like-minded individuals who appreciate ethical eating, delicious treats, and the warm, comforting traditions of Argentina.

Looking ahead, I envision expanding Ninna Bakery to new locations, both nationally and internationally. My goal is to build a brand that’s known for its innovative, high-quality pastries while fostering a positive and passionate work environment.
